Royal Dude..... you said "you THINK that SOMEHOW the FDIC will FUNNEL Something to JPM to help them pay"....pay for what".?... the chapter 11 closing documents state that JPM paid 1.88 billion for WAMU banking and related assets, and was memorialized in the GSA agreement where all parties to cross claims against each other agreed to a settlement in which WMI received 6.5 billions in cash, and 6 billions in tax NOLS....there is no further mention in any documents that say JPM has to pay more money for RICO, or "Project West"...there would have not been a GSA agreement if JPM had to pay more to WMI... if they were required to pay more, it would have been so stated in the GSA settlement agreement.....Read the official documents, as they are the only source from which to extract Due Diligence from...nothing that you post has been adjudicated in any courtroom as to relate to future payments to WMI, now Wmih after exiting chapter 11...Lodas
