what institution gave you a finance degree to teach finance at a college?....this is government financing to raise money for the issuance of T-bills to fund government spending, not a cover to hide illegal takeover of WAMU bank.....there is not one word that says otherwise, and to insinuate that money is coming to shareholders is a stretch of your imagination, which is quite erroneous....money will transfer between between two parties only when there is a signed agreement.....this fact is basic finance.... lodas
