Cut the comedy. I know this company inside and out. There is no larger "entire operation." It is what it is.

CEO Whelan let the CE Mark expire -- remember that? -- because she is inept. then she let the patents expire because she is inept. BIEL doesn't even have IP protection now. If by some FLUKE one of their OEM Partners or Distributors managed to create a market for the device, competitors could flood in, buy larger quantities from the Chinese manufacturer, and push BIEL out of the picture.

There are no further "clues." The only question remaining: how long before Uncle Rick puts his wallet back in his pocket and tells Kelly to do the R/S and get on with the dilution? Because that's all that's left here. Is that what you mean by "entire operation?" That certainly has been the heart of this company: Whelan dilution, treating the company like an ATM, until the SEC stepped in and scared them.

Are you referring to Ilfeld? He is not part of a BIEL operation. Ilfeld will do whatever benefits Ilfeld with no regard to what benefits BIEL. The fact that he started ta new trial with Endonovo's SofPulse means he wasn't seeing what he wanted to see in the ActiPatch Pilot Study, IMO -- there would be no other reason to start a new trial with SofPulse. Ilfeld might not even publish the results of his ActiPatch Pilot Studies.
