Well, read Mayo's posting word by word, point by point. Obviously, he's acquired and scrutinized the entire paper, which, for me, was pay-walled. I was able to read only the abstract and article summary that got posted. Simply, Anavex 3-71 has phenomenal treatment and prophylactic powers against Alzheimer's disease.

Yes, like many others, I've focused primarily on blarcamesine's and Anavex 3-71's activation of the sigma-1 receptor protein. By itself, sigma-1 receptor activation is profound; will revolutionize CNS (and other) disease therapeutics. But, intelligently, from the entire paper, Mayo expands into Anavex 3-71's M1 activation and the wide diversity of other pathologies being thereby resolved by the drug.

Altogether, simply phenomenal. Too good to believe. But the study's data validate its findings.
