If I were a fat overpaid prima donna copper mining union worker with full benefits including medical/vacation/pension/sick-leave possibly facing relocation/transfer to bumfock Maricunga and staring at a 33% pay cut with no chance of premium overtime pay where I could just sleep off the entire extra shift in a remote guard shack then I would be pissed off too.
