Anyone thinking that DTII paid VXIT, to put out press releases that VXIT bought systems, is not paying attention. VXIT has been trying to get DTII products on their list of products to sell for a long time (SaferPlace Technologies, July 2021), see:

Then DTII cancelled this sales contract most likely to non-performance, IMHO, see 10Q filing October 31, 2022:

On November 15,2022, the company cancelled the sales license agreement with Virexit technologies, Inc.

IMHO, after DTII developed their distributorship program, VXIT vied to be a distributor, paying DTII a payment for "10 systems" we'll see on DTII financials at some point, see:
