I also think the big money is in other countries to begin with. Big pharma has a death grip on the US so it is more difficult to get a foothold here. If Dr O can close a few big purchase orders of 300,000 k bottles, even at a profit of $10 a bottle (probably much higher), he will have the money to do all of the audits to get current and uplist.
