But, things did not turn out to be temporary. There seemed to be differing opinions and Werfel was one. Put it this way. God Bless you if they don't get redeemed, but Ackman, Rosner, and everyone else that has studied them considers them to be exercised. They have legal standing and exist as a contract (admittedly under duress).
