These guys are pathetic. Less shares than my previous speculation but an even worse (lower) price.

They are going to offer Up to 2,380,952 Common Shares and/or 2,380,952 Pre-Funded Warrants to Purchase Common Shares @ 2.10.

BUT

"The actual public offering price for the Securities in this offering will be determined at the time of pricing, and may be at a discount to the then current market price."

So after everything is said and done it could be 3.125 million shares at 1.60? (Goal is to raise $5 million)
