SYTA is probably in the process of another cash raise selling stock and warrants at a discount to the market. I'm going to guess 4 million shares @ 2.50 a share and warrants exercisable somewhat above that price. Just complete speculation and a wild guess on my part. I have no knowledge of any deal in the works.

Just going by what they have done in the past.
