It often takes the transfer agent a while to update the OTC markets page to reflect the state level corporate action. The A/S is 6 billion as of Saturday.

There are 3 locations one can get reasonably accurate SS info (State filings, company disclosure statements on otc markets, and OTC markets page proper). If they are different on each document, well than obviously you have to determine for yourself which one you feel is the most accurate. The disclosures have an updated float number.

They’ve already added about as many shares as Goulding did in like 7 years. That sucks. I hope they have a good explanation and plan.
