matrix, ... If it's not a class action, the claims expire when the statute of limitations expires for those who have not sued or joined a suit.

I know a civil RICO claim has a 4 year statute of limitations. I have no idea when the SOL started to run on any particular claim.

But the wanna be freeloaders don't seem to care. They expect that they can let any SOL run and they're still entitled to a gift from Hurd. ... eom
