You must be some old dude crying the days of the OTC Casino are over. And they are, SEC wiped the OTC out, LOL! The whole fricking trading market (stocks, money, commodities, precious metals) is one big ass casino with the odds stacked in favor of the market makers. Investment is a nice word for gambling. The US printed money has value because a military said it has value.

BTC is unique in the fact of Blockchain Technology. If you are looking at BTC as a way to flip a few coins, you missed the whole point. BTC is not rocking the boat, it is flipping the whole damn boat over. You can bitch about it and cry all you want, but mark this down, you will never see the day BTC fails, it will always exist. Even fricking Blackrock (1/3 of all global currency) has now extensively worked the BTC chain into ALL of their financial networks. JP morgan is now saying BUY! Why, because the US dollar is so damn close to collapsing. Our POTUS decided that we dont need to be a leader in oil (not sure what the frick they are smoking and snorting) , the very thing that holds value to the US dollar is the Petro Dollar. Now BRICS is trading in their own currencies, not the US Petro Dollar. BRICS is using a crypto backed by gold.

Blackrock sees the writing on the wall. Very very possible that hyperinflation is going to hit June 2024. Even Fox ran a story with leading money pro's, the collapse is coming just a matter of when.

If you understood the possibilities behind blockchain (medical records, voting, inventory, image storage, copywrite, mp3's, archiving) you would know the deeper value of BTC and how it brought a new secure way of doing life in a tech society. Heck you can attach a message on the blockchain and it will be there for future generations to search. You could leave your important data on a chain (life insurance, will, POA) and give whomever the "keys" to unlock information.

I would not put all my eggs in one basket but I would make sure at least 25% of my dry powder was in BTC, ETH, ETC, SHIB, ADA or CELO (celo is probably my favorite alt because the biggest EU cell phone carrier uses it for payments)
