FURTHERMORE, THERE IS NO DATE NOR NO STATEMENT HEREIN THAT SAYS CC CAN END THE DEAL, which is apparently what you purport, as your answer to my question about whether CC could end this Deal, all you said was read the document.

You told me to read the document when I asked about the Post here saying, "CC signed the deal through the end of the year. That's it, he doesn't have to hang on after that."

AGAIN, WHERE'S THE DATE OF THE END OF THIS CONTRACT, AND WHERE DOES IT SAY CC CAN END THIS DEAL, I.E., THE CONTRACT!!!

btw, in this Article, it also states: "ENZC has provided SAGA with its draft of the Business Combination Agreement and related documents and is awaiting any edits or comments in anticipation of a final version being circulated for signature by October 31, 2023."

#2- THIS Accesswire Article and as posted on enzolytics.com pertains to BOTH VIRO & BGEN BUT HAS NO DEFINITE END-DATE:

It says ONLY: "The entities have begun the de-SPAC process and are moving on with the closing of this project." (very vague/no date)
AND H. Zhabilov ONLY says: “The SAGA transaction opens numerous opportunities... will be [at] a significantly faster pace.” (very vague/no date)
