LG,BOB....IMO WMI was a shareholder of WMB.WMB creditors were not paid yet by FDIC.WMI abandoned its interests in WMB but FDIC has to fulfill certain obligations as agreed by the parties(WMI,FDIC,JPM,,etc).In order for WMI Estates to receive any compensation towards its shares in WMB, first the WMB bondholders have to be satisfied IMO, order of priority.Makes sense?.
