King....yes this does suck if it plays out as I indicated or as we see the present 8-K however who swung at who first? Even so we all were so happy HDC was standing up and swinging. You have seen me post from one spectrum to the other. I truly feel that the down fall was within the discovery phase and of course with losing George that may have had even more stress but if you were our attorneys and you had Intel solidly by the balls what would you do especially in considering a billion or two dollars. So with that there was never enough to stay the course. We all have opinions and maybe Veenwest might delivery massive dollars to HDC and buy that patent that I believe Intel doesn't need or want. Who know I could be wrong like I was with my first two wives.

re: who swung at who first? The problem was actually caused by an assistant helping the main examiner at the USPTO, remember my post about this years ago?
