What I believe could be ideal right now is whoever that “China plus one” partner is could make the cash investment into POET. Ideally it’s a North American or European entity, but more realistically is still Asian.

I’d rather see a cash infusion than another SPX type deal because that was wildly dilutive to the value of POETs IP.

I’m excited for 2024 though.
