Buck, ... Au contraire about parking a suit! All Hurd has to do is serve some 3rd party discovery on the SEC, it will ask for delay based upon a continuing fraud investigation and, presto, the suit's in limbo until the investigation is completed.

Have you ever contemplated that Hurd has no intention of representing you and other CMKX shareholders in his suit. UC will probably buy him off, the money will be paid, the case will be dismissed, Hurd will win, everyone else loses and you are left holding your own!

Nobody should expect Hurd to protect anybody but himself because nobody else was interested in protecting Hurd. Geez, all we got here are self-centered wanna be freeloaders with an exaggerated sense of entitlement! ... eom
