Let me answer that if I may. The TRANE “report” is only a supplement, and certainly NOT “the report”. Look who signed it…one signature, no one else, no divisional nor departmental other employees or professionals.

Then with that look at the photos of the old pole barn supplied by SHMP and constantly posted on social media from idiots like the idiot Randy from MaxWELL’s FB Cult. The construction installion methods were so poor, so technically not even close to code nor best practices, I knew this was a scam and they were building a fire, the mother of all fires, in my opinion,

A reminder, it burned as predicted.

I also predicted no insurance or underinsurance, many times. SHMP management suddenly admits to having to have a $1 million write off to cover their under/un-insured losses.

Then add our Peteygrams, pumping SHMP hard at an arms length distance, using what appears to be off the shelf Chinese wastewater treatment equipment and boasting words far above his vocabulary, clueless as to what these words meant.

Very easy for me and my GED to point out what this was all about and was 100% correct on my fire prediction, and 100% correct that we are/will be in the billions of shares outstanding, certainly are now, fully diluted.

SHMP cannot sustain their overhead any longer without massive selling of their shares.

And let’s not forget, Bilky appeared to have more shares than anyone else. Major red flag
