It is a 20 year lease at $300K if I remember correctly per year

That is the lease Advent has on the GMP portion of the facility. It can be extended for another 20 years if NWBO keeps the lease with Huwei.

But like NWBO they owned the gear in the building

Most of the equipment in the building is a leaser improvement. That means the equipment installed in Advents area is for Advents use regardless ownership. That is the clean-rooms, freezers and such.

In short, NWBO built a very nice state of the art GMP facility that it has permanently leased to Advent for almost nothing.
