That trade volume shows the shares were being traded rapidly, mostly by computer algos probably. I'm not seeing any path to the float almost all being owned like you say, so the only logical conclusion is to wait until the record date numbers are announced.

Regardless though, if the float is almost all owned, we will know for certain with the next news. If it goes up a quarter of a cent on massive volume, there is a ton of shares available. That would indicate the demand doesn't exceed the supply... That's my main driver behind my low number thinking.

As far as TTOO the garbage that is, they aren't compliant any more, well below the $35M market cap, and will soon be below the coveted $1 that the Con Artist CEO said would happen naturally, but I sold almost all before the RS.
