The most I come up with in a week of the Run up is 384M traded, I don't see a Billion in that period. I see the shares being sold for cheap part, but those buyers must be long gone... My point is if people owned 2.3B or whatever and they held them tight, the SP would have stabilized instead of the free fall... Sure, they could have all loaded back up at 5 cents if they sold, but what about the sudden drop now to levels that are almost the 2 year low?

If 90% of the shares are owned, it wouldn't be flatlined. If a company has 100K shares and 99K are owned, one sniff of news will drive demand and the SP will rocket... That doesn't happen here, meaning there is a ton of shares that are available. I'm not saying it would go to $1 on small time news, but it wouldn't tank to almost 2 year lows either.

I wish the OTC page was accurate, that is what I'm going off and haven't used that page for other tickers, but in the end we will only know if they announce the dividend based on the amount of shares owned on the record date.
