What are SEC requirements for "re-listing"?

They can relist if they want.

I don't recall and can't be bothered looking again, but it used to be something like 3 years of audited financials, plus additional requirements to convince the SEC the company is legit.

Extremely rare & almost definitely ain't happening here with a Chinese money-laundering scam run by an overseas criminal gang.

But... if you can't sell I guess its the only thing left to hang your hat on?
