TCRI(.036)...large company buying 10% of Phoenix.....

It has begun. We'll just have to wait and see how the TCRI shell plays into their plans.

It has been really interesting to watch all of the activity going on at Phoenix and its associated companies over the last few weeks/months. The redesigns/updates on their websites look great, and the level of social media activity has been increasing significantly as preparations for the Phoenix IPO continue.

There are not too many shells out there that have more fascinating/impressive ownership and background connections at the moment than TCRI. Again, I don't know how the TCRI shell will ultimately play out, but as long as those Munaf Ali and Phoenix connections remain in place, TCRI has a welcome spot in my shell portfolio. It seems to be increasingly difficult to get large blocks of shares under that 5 cent area.

A subsidiary of International Holding Company (a global top 40 market cap company) is purchasing 10% of Phoenix, apparently ahead of its initial public offering.......

The Abu Dhabi conglomerate known as International Holding Company (IHC), one of the largest holding firms in the MENA region, is set to acquire a portion of cryptocurrency company Phoenix Group through one of its subsidiaries.

International Tech Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IHC, has officially entered into a definitive agreement to purchase a 10% stake in Phoenix Group, as disclosed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) last Friday. The company is presently in the process of completing all necessary procedures and securing regulatory approvals to finalize the transaction.
