I don't know anything about free Pacer, but then the other guy referred to if you use it a minimal amount of times. I know I have a fee.
Personally speaking, I don't know how they disclose anything if they signed a non-disclosure. If they just come out and say, "an agreement was made", I'm not sure how that helps anyone here.
I admit that at this time, I don't know what the company can do with the money, but I'd guess, at the very least it would go to salaries or perhaps a bonus.
Either way, I can't fathom the company paying a special dividend to shareholders, but they can always prove me wrong.
And again, we don't know if they received ANY payment at all from the settlement.
