Mrmike: a possible bright side?

Right now there are 7 billion authorized shares, so if we use that figure for a possible Reverse Split, here are some numbers:

1 for 10,00 shares= results in a total of only 700,00 shares in the new company--way too small a number for the company's shares to trade in The Market

1 for 1000 shares=7 million total shares in the new company--still way too small for it to trade

1 for 100=70 million new shares--still on the small side for trading

1 for 50=140 million new shares,--much more manageable for the company's stock to trade

Since you said you had around 2million shares, at 1 for 50 you'd have 40,000 shares in the new company. If it traded in the $5-10 range, things could still look decent here.

Let me ask, thouigh, is it possible for them to dramatically increase the number of Authorized shares before they do a Reverse Split? If so, they could use the much higher ratios to convert into the new company.
