Lightwave Logic Announces Qualification of Electro-Optic Polymer Design Kit (PDK) at Samsung

Lightwave Logic, Inc. (Nasdaq: LWLG), a leading developer of electro-optic (EO) polymers for high-performance integrated optics, today announced that its EO Polymer PDK has been qualified for use on Samsung's 5nm and 4nm processes.
The LWLG EO Polymer PDK is a set of design tools and data that enables customers to design chips that use LWLG's patented EO polymers. The PDK has been tested and validated on Samsung's 5nm and 4nm processes, which are the company's most advanced manufacturing processes.
The qualification of the LWLG EO Polymer PDK at Samsung is a significant milestone for the company. It enables customers to design and manufacture chips that use LWLG's EO polymers on a leading-edge manufacturing process.
