Speculation is right, I've done it too. An ihub friend (I'll call her if she'll let me), and also an Attorney, gave us all some advice one time on a different board. Basically she said she doesn't even read most complaints, lawsuits, until the Judge rules.

Everything in between is "tit for tat" from complaint, to motions, to counter complaints, evidence submitted by Plaintiff's and Defendant's legal reps, etc. Nothing is solid until all evidence is heard, all sides are presented, and the Judge rules. And the courts often grind at a snails pace.

Meanwhile, all the legal prognosticators (without a license) draw conclusions and make judgements, and attempt to explain legal terminology, even though they aren't the Judge.

Not pointing fingers, or saying we shouldn't be aware of what's filed. We should be careful though, as legal complaints can be complicated and misleading to us observers and the courts take time unfortunately.

hL. Not an Attorney.
