Maybe things are not as bad as I thought. A little bit of speculation....

Originally AZ Bottled Water and Joel were named but the final judgment for payment is not against HIRU but another company. I cannot find where this company suddenly appears from in the court documents.

On deeper reading of the other case, the same seems to apply that while AZ Custom Bottled is named they may not be the actual target for recovery of funds. They are among a list of companies that Joel claims to own.

This leads me to speculate, apart from the fact Joel is a crook, that he has illegally obtained funds using AZ Bottled as a party to the contract and that HIRU may not actually be funding their company in this way.
