This could be a failed transfer of settlement money transfer of money last tuesday. Hoping the system was repaired. Think the other artito Banks for the FDICcle says it was corrected 81 B Wow :)

TOKYO, Oct 10 (Reuters) - The Japanese Bankers Association said on Tuesday glitches at its payment clearing network system disrupted more than 1.4 million domestic fund transfers, the first major system failure that the banking group has experienced.
