This is a great quote and fully explains the PDK effort.

Can anyone report with certainty how many foundries LWLG is qualified at? Not “working with” but qualified at. In other words, they have a qualified, approved, working PDK at foundries.

Lebby certainly indicated they were working on getting qualified PDKs at 5-7 foundries.

Did he ever indicate, even privately, that they had complete success with the qualification process?
