Yea it’s demoralizing. The dividend and Nasdaq are so far off now with that can being kicked this week that I don’t even want to think about those. Even best case and it doesn’t go the full 13 months, we still would have another 6 of the make whole window whenever they do finalize it. That’s where I was certain we’d see a pps rise due to people knowing for certain the dividend was inked and a sure thing. And maybe a ping pong back and forth effect with enzc rising countered by saga rising depending which was the better buy once enzc is above the .11-.13 cent dividend equivalent. Now thats all possibly a year off in itself just to get to the start of the make whole window. The whole dividend and Nasdaq thing itself could literally be 18/19 months out. And that’s if we don’t have a lock up period on the dividend shares. If there was a lock up period you could be looking at two years out to have SAGA Nasdaq shares you would be able to sell. That’s a brutal thought after the difficult 3 year wait we’ve already endured.

My only hope left short term here is the Regeneron speculation being us and that’s probably a low likely hood at this point. If they had been waiting on the move to NASDAQ to announce something big, I wonder how those plans have changed now internally? If the Regeneron thing is us, they sure aren’t going to wait for Charles and SAGA to get their shit together a year from now to announce their “breakthrough” Covid mab. Regeneron wants that thing through trials and to market asap. They aren’t going to accept these amateurish delays happening down there with ENZC / SAGA. So if that is us I hope they’re forced to announce something soon. Really my only hope left at this point in the near future to see any positives out of this.
