So new timeline (my estimation):

October 30 to Nov 5: Two Consultant Experts return to work. Then “taking some additional time to help ensure that the full MAA package is as strong as it can be.”

November 14: Motion to Dismiss Oral Arguments. Presumably the Judge may be ready to rule very quickly thereafter, because she has had time to review written arguments thoroughly.

November 13 to November 20: Consultants send MAA to Publisher for final submission prep. This step will be announced.

November 27 to December 11 : MAA submission. This step will be announced.

November 15 to December 30: Ruling on Motion to dismiss.

** Don’t get me started on how Court and Regulatory matters overlapping again.
