I said that, provided note holders are holding the shares until certain date to be a register shareholder for this potential pay off dividends.
If they sell ahead of time they won’t get paid for qualified potential spin off dividends.
This is how it will work, but this is pinky land anything possible, IMO.
It is a pure speculation which is one possibility among others.
