I believe this reg A is the dilution that was meant for December. They say that after it is fully subscibed, that it will give them enough runway for the next 12 months to cover operating expenses. And someone may have mentioned that this was expedited so that those participating in the offering will be eligible for spin-off shares. That sounds very reasonable. Imho.
