A failure to file an AD NDA this calendar year certainly isn't any proof of that.



The failure to file an NDA will be linked with AVXL's PR that stated the trial met all primary and key secondary endpoints. If the PR was true, wouldn't the normal expectation be that an NDA would follow? If the PR was true, wouldn't the normal expectation be that the stock price would not drop 61%, especially since AVXL guided that it would aggressively seek regulatory approval? My belief is that there is a fairly high probability that a shareholder lawsuit gets filed if an NDA is not filed after all the data is out.
