He’s left himself and the company open to a lot more than just criticism if he doesn’t report results or the share price doesn’t reverse before year end.



If Missling doesn't file an NDA for 2-73 in AD with the FDA, I predict that class action lawsuits will fly. Missling boxed himself in way back with AVXL's PR on December 1, 2022.
