These guys really need to hire a general counsel with licensing experience and NDA experience. The focus should be aiding the recent licensee with their product launches. Trips behind closed doors must be well planned to ensure that nothing can occur that would violate any provisions of the signed documents executed over the years. The big boys will most likely insist on equal treatment and standard compliant user methods after the company's public statements regarding ubiquity. Small errors occurring early can be very costly later in the commercialization process. This is just my opinion.
