If this is a scam, the SEC would have shut it a long time ago

Absolutely wrong. There are THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS of scam companies in operation, that the SEC can do nothing about. And I believe DBMM is one of them.

As long as a company keeps within the SEC's rules, they can offer stock to the public. Many companies set up this way make millions off an unaware investing public. They keep within the rules and promise the world. Can THEY help it if unforeseen circumstances and bad luck foil their plans? Nope! Nothing worked out and EVERYONE was AGAINST THEM. They had BASHERS! The stock price was MANIPULATED!

But they just ask for more time. In that time, they promise acquisitions, mergers, upgrades....all those tasty little carrots are put out for the munching.

But when the 10K comes out at the end of the year? Another loss is shown, the share base is usually higher (more dilution), there is usually more DEBT and - if the savvy investor looks back at the LAST 10K? None of the fantastic goals that were set in last year's 10K will have been met. None the less, the company sets MORE goals and promises they will be seen in the coming year.

Except they never are seen. Wash, rinse, repeat. Year after year.

Sound like any company we know???

LOL!
