To me, the most confusing part of this is the lack of buying from institutions at this price. With $300M cash and $350M total Inventory, no debt, large tax-loss carryforward, the Balance Sheet not deteriorating, and some positive developments currently and into the future, it's a head-scratcher for sure.

It just seems like there would be at least a few HF's looking to take a decent position in this at current prices.

Not sure if they are simply waiting for the technicals to line up to buy more (maybe they assume it has further to fall?). Or (worst case), they know something we don't know about what's coming.
