spree, I cannot comment on xmsr's price activity. I can give you my opinion on IDCC's. July 22nd dealt a huge blow to the street's confidence in IDCC. I was at the ASM. I watched the moe-moe presentation, and I heard about the "high level talks." What I didn't hear, once, was that arbitration was becoming more likely as time moved on. Right after the arb. announcement, Halpern Capital, in an apparent punitive and childish action, lowered its target to $12! Even though that analyst is no longer with Halpern, his reaction still stung IDCC. Between the Ericy settlement and this announcement, I have to imagine all analysts following IDCC were stung. It is my opinion that Q3's results will put the spine back in our following.
