Geez, I thought for sure BYD wasn't going to budge on any more wild-goose-chase lithium tenders until they got their original US61,000,000__80,000mt LCE export quota license re-instated... but I may have misjudged these "pliable" Chinese. If I were BYD the only way I would drop my legal claim on the 80,000mt LCE license and then halfway agree to bid the second lithium tender in 2024 is if Codelco had told me Tuesday they were going balls-to-the-wall to fock LPI on Maricunga and only paying LPI US$0.32 per share (under a state-imposed expropriation) for the whole LPI property(s) when they know damn well our LPI land is clearly worth US$1.52/share today and then "cutting" BYD (ie buddy buddy) in on the spoils to this bald-face highway robbery. I am betting that night-loving vampire Eduardo Bitran (paid whore for Codelco) is being forced to make his trademark squeeze play early in Maricunga now "but in the dreaded daylight" and he desperately wants BYD running their hot new sexy DLE machinery in Maricunga "exclusively" before Simbalik can beat Codelco to the DLE punch and before the right-wingers take over the government in March 2026 and all these focking conniving shoestring commies get their focking lying thieving teeth kicked out of their scamming heads.
