You are just trying to save face at this point.

Who buys real estate 10/10/2023 when ALL assets are inflated to historical highs!!!

Oh yea and we are in higher for longer environment.

All I can say to you is god speed on that flip.

Hopefully you are not left with the hot and rotten potato.

But hey remember just let the world judge.

I`ll do my part, I can't take anyone trying to invest in real estate in this environment, seriously.
