I am not fearful of the truth, I welcome it. The truth in pre rev bio is hard to come by, an intangible we’d love to hold. I can’ t and won’t pretend I know as much as anyone here , I don’t. What I do think is CEO ‘s in pre rev bio are given to creating capital and preserving it both of which are secondary endpoints to the primary, which is spinning yarns with or without a thread of truth. Right now it looks to me like his effort might wear well. As for the use of one primary and a secondary with more stringent p values, I noticed on this board that virtually all of the stat mavens seemed caught off guard and had to go back to reference material to figure Jin’s (lack of better word) gambit. It struck me that so many familiar with Protocol would find it necessary. Then being a bio neophyte, I thought it must be relatively rare event. Then being really stupid , I thought pre rev bio tech doesn’t use this approval pathway because it’s harder to achieve. It’s ok , I’ve come to terms with my simplistic idiocy
