Could this be the reason for the reverse stock split (from another board)

This is from another board but is this the reason for the RS split. If it is maybe it does make sense.

OTC lost liquidity in early '22 and some european brokers stopped trading in OTC. That's a massive amount of traders gone then add Pink Ltd stocks that some brokers bagged peeps in, can't buy/sell. Gensler democrat boy fucked up this market and most likely will get rid of Pinks. Market snapshot on otcmarkets doesn't include pinks at the bottom anymore just QB and up. Truth hurts and I'm not sugar coating a pipe dream that a few remaining gurus are doing. I've complained to Gensler on twitter and a few others and most don't give a shit and have moved on to options and big boards.
