If Mark had only planned to play a P&D, he wouldn't have made an R/S announcement in advance. All P&D controlled R/S do this quietly after bell on Friday.
In addition, the A/S are also reduced, which is not the case otherwise!

It looks very transparent and that's why I feel good about it!
