the never-ending unnecessary increase of O/S. LP could have made a non toxic finance deal but NWBO chooses to keep selling shares sub the average SP.
As long as NWBO keeps selling shares sub the average SP calculated over the last 10 trading days (that is how they construct their offer to retailers for NWBO's financial needs) there will be no substantial increase in stockprice.

Thats the reality of things.
