I hear all of what you're saying DRUHMI and see it as a definite possibility, but I disagree with your statement on ENZC's auditor (Gries & Assc). I don't think that it's Gries that has flaked out. Truthfully I believe they're finished with the 2022 audit, but for some reason Charles is not releasing it. I find it hard to believe and nearly impossible that they could wrap up 2020 & 2021 as quick as they did, but 10 months into 2023 they're still not finished with 2022 (should be a hell of lot easier than both 2020-2021)? I'm just not buying it. I think they're finished, but it is up to Charles on when to disclose/release it. But that's just me, and I guess we'll hopefully find out soon enough...
