I just finished reading Cisco's sample size requirements meeting telecordia's standards for testing.

Cisco must be pretty stupid to run sample size of only 11 active optical devices..

Come on TP you are a mathematician so you are educated.

Now start reading about Telecordia's testing requirements.

Cisco only uses a small sample size of modulators coming out of foundries for testing and this meets Telecordia's testing sample size requirements.

If you haven't read these Telecordia requirements then don't imply the sample size is too small.
