NO: It's all orchestrated FUDing and manipulation.

Only reason FUD gets any traction is management's FAILURE TO DELIVER in a timely manner.

Assuming Rett is as good as prior trial, a management that delivers would already have TLD out and said that 2 super Rett trials will lead to a filing of the NDA by year-end.

Instead f'in silence.
